Having started her yoga practice in 2017, Aurelia has recently completed her 200-hour YTT in Rishikesh, India, with a passion for sharing the holistic benefits of yoga with others.

Her teaching approach centers on a blend of hatha and vinyasa practices, alongside meditation techniques aimed at fostering a balanced and mindful lifestyle for practitioners.
Her training has equipped her with a strong foundation in anatomy, alignment, and breathwork, as well as a deep understanding of yoga philosophy. She strives to create a supportive and inclusive environment in her classes, helping students of all levels connect with their practice in a way that nurtures both body and mind. *Modifications for all levels are provided so that you can take whatever option feels right for your body

If you're looking for a relaxing and welcoming yoga experience, I highly recommend Aurelia's class. Her gentle approach, calming mantras, and warm personality create a truly relaxing and comfortable atmosphere. A wonderful way to start or end the day.

I really enjoyed my session with Aurelia, there was a calm and relaxed atmosphere enhanced by the soothing background music. As an older novice the class really reminded me of the need to retain our strength and flexibility. Her classes will definitely be part of my regular routine

Aurelia is a warm yoga teacher, she really helped me feel comfortable even as a beginner and always made sure to adjust poses to fit my body. Her soothing voice really made me relax. I also enjoyed the background calming music and the meditation at the end of the session.

It was my first session with Golden Yoga Flow & it was nice. Aurelia is a great teacher, nice and patient with beginners. There were many poses, and breathing exercises and after the session, I felt relaxed and stress-free.
